Not just for Sundays – creating a community facility at the heart of Wadebridge townHere at WCC, we have a big vision. With a growing church and an active programme of community-led projects, we are outgrowing our building. Last year we raised £40,000 to renovate our basement space. Now we are raising £250,000 to put in an extra floor. Play the video to see more. The new floor will create an auditorium on the top floor, equipped with a state-of-the-art audio visual system. The new ground floor will house office space and small counselling rooms, alongside larger flexible meeting rooms that can be divided into smaller spaces with movable partitions. It will also include a kitchenette and accessible toilet, and the whole building will be served by a lift, making it fully accessible from top to bottom. 
The meeting rooms will provide bigger, better and individually contained rooms for our growing children’s programme - Little Fishes crèche (0-3’s) Kingdom Kids (3-8’s and 8-11’s) and The Ark (11-14’s) on a Sunday morning, and will also be available for hire to local community groups throughout the week, along with the top floor auditorium and smaller counselling rooms. All of this costs money, and we are in the process of trying to raise £250,000 to turn this vision into a reality. If you feel you could come along side us in this, please get in touch.
