A vacancy will arise to work at The Exchange to cover maternity leave from the end of September 2018.
The hours are every weekday generally from 9am to 5 pm but this has to be flexible depending on bookings.
The primary role involves administering the letting of The Exchange, including marketing, invoicing, setting up rooms, ensuring health and safety compliance and liaising with hirers. In addition the successful job holder will be working with the pastors to prepare for WCC activities. This includes producing the monthly bulletin, weekly notices, arranging safeguarding checks, slides for the services and other administrative tasks such as answering the telephone, greeting and praying at times with visitors to the building during the week.
There is a general occupational requirement that the job holder is a Christian. A job share will be considered. Salary is between £15500 and £16200 depending on experience.
