MissionsJesus said in Matthew 28:19 "Go then and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them into the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit" We believe in fulfilling the Great Commission as set out in Matthew 28 above, whether locally in Wadebridge or across the globe. We are a mission-centered Church who strive to be kingdom-minded and outward-looking. Below are some of the missions we are involved in supporting: Vision AustriaWe support Vision Austria – being the sending Church of Angela and Gianni Gaeta and Gowan and Sarah Wheeler. Encourage InternationalWe are becoming more involved with Encourage International, a Christian charity that supports, trains and encourages Church leaders and planters around the world, particularly in Eastern Europe and Africa. Lifeline MinsitriesWe support the work of itinerant evangelist, Church builder and encourager Matthew Parsons, who is also a member of our congregation. He and his wife Marion run Lifeline Ministries, and Steve is also a member of the Assemblies of God Church planting team and the regional superintendancy team. Arthur White and Tough TalkAnother member of our congregation, Arthur White is an international powerlifter, itinerant evangelist and member of Tough Talk, a group of Christian men who tell their stories around the world whilst lifting weights. Click here to read more about Tough Talk Samaritans Purse and Operation Christmas ChildSamaritans Purse International is a Christian aid and relief charity, working in war-torn, poverty-striken areas around the globe. They also run the Operation Christmas Child shoebox appeal, sending millions of shoeboxes worldwide to children who would otherwise not receive a gift. Burkina FasoThe Church has been on mission to Burkina Faso where we support a medical clinic and with the help of our local school contribute towards the costs of educational projects. Smiles FoundationThe Smiles Foundation is a Christian charity working in Romania. We have good links with the Foundation and support Church members who work short-term with the organisation.
